Job Description
As a Residential Aide at HELP Webster Ave, you'll help ensure the safety of clients, security of the facility, and orderly operation. You'll work with clients, conduct intakes, and ensure compliance with site rules and regulations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual fluency (strongly preferred)
- FDNY F-02 Fireguard Certificate
- NYC Food Handler's Certification
- Work experience in a residential facility
- Experience working with people experiencing homelessness or other disadvantaged people
- Strong relationship and customer service skills
