Job Description
As a Safety Monitor Supervisor with HELP USA, you'll oversee Safety Monitors at your assigned location, ensuring residents' safety and making them feel welcome. You'll supervise staff, develop training sessions, and prepare incident reports.
Requirements
- New York State Security Guard License
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience or ability to work with people experiencing homelessness
- Experience supervising staff
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy with Microsoft applications
