Job Description
HELP USA is seeking a Safety Monitor Supervisor to oversee Safety Monitors at their assigned facility, ensuring residents' safety and providing a welcoming experience.
Requirements
- New York State Security Guard License required
- FDNY F-80 required within 60 days of hire
- FDNY F-02 required within 30 days of hire
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated knowledge, experience, or capacity to work with homeless families/individuals and/or disadvantaged populations
- Demonstrated ability to supervise staff
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide night and weekend coverage as needed
- Computer literacy with Microsoft applications
- Good writing skills
