Job Description
Work with at-risk youth and families to improve daily functioning and achieve permanency. Provide direct services, advocacy, and support. Participate in team meetings and complete necessary documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- One year of related experience or three years' experience working with diverse communities
- Bilingual English and Spanish
- Valid California Driver's license and proof of insurance
