As a Business Development & Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and growing Helprise’s presence in Portugal and Spain, acquiring new clients, and delivering high-quality services.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in Business Development, Recruitment, Outsourcing, or Professional Services
- Strong understanding of the Portuguese market and local business environment, and basic knowledge of Spain labor market
- Existing network of business contacts in Portugal
- Proven experience in client management and project delivery
- High level of independence, proactivity, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills and a strong client-focused mindset
- Very good command of Portuguese, English and German
