Job Description
The Ambulatory Care Network (ACN) is a department within the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services (DHS) that provides world-class, compassionate health care to families in Los Angeles County. The ACN Patient Access Center helps align and simplify patient access services, leveraging technology and operational efficiencies.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to use several technological platforms simultaneously
- Provide personalized customer service by responding to patients' individual needs
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
- Contact center experience (desirable)
