Job Description
The Senior Community Health Worker - Call Center Agent position acts as a liaison in linking patients to the LA Health Portal (patient portal) and primary care services in a contact center environment. The position requires excellent customer service and communication skills, with a focus on cultural competency and language access.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
- 1 year of experience in related field preferred
- Customer Service experience preferred
- Clearances per DHS employment contract
- COVID vaccination required
