Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and business-oriented Legal Counsel to join our global legal team in Pune, India. As Legal Counsel, you will support the business with high-quality legal advice, contract management, and risk assessment, collaborating closely with colleagues across regions.
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with approximately 3–5 years of experience
- Exposure to international environments, particularly within EMEA, is highly desirable
- Solid experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
- Good understanding of legal principles and the ability to apply them in a practical, business-oriented way
- Strong legal problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and the ability to balance legal risks with business needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and functions
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a global team, taking ownership and driving tasks to completion
