Job Description
We're looking for a Commissioning Agent to join our team in Houston, TX. As a Commissioning Agent, you'll be responsible for developing, budgeting, managing, and executing building systems commissioning, retro-commissioning, and ongoing commissioning projects. You'll work with clients and employees on a project level, and serve as a technical resource for the commissioning team. You'll also train employees, generate schedules, and determine staffing requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of construction or engineering
- Commissioning certification(s) required (NEBB, BCxA, AABC, ASHRAE)
- Professional Engineering License preferred
- OHSA training preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with a high degree of independence
- Ability to multi-task and think critically
- Time management skills
- Understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
- Advanced knowledge of Automation and controls systems
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam
