Wormtown Brewery is looking for a Cook/Operations Cook to join their new kitchen program in Worcester, MA. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with their hands, likes to be part of a united team, and wants to help bring delicious food to a lively and welcoming space.

Requirements

• Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and quality standards
• Maintain speed, precision, and consistency during service
• Meet all food safety and cleaning standards
• Prepare, maintain, and clean work station
• Support with inventory, product rotation (FIFO), and labeling
• Communicate clearly with leadership and kitchen team members
• Support the kitchen team during periods of high demand
