Responsible for leading the Sales Department, ensuring successful achievement of sales & CSI objectives, and improving sales and operations. Leads the sales team, makes hiring and discipline decisions, and interacts with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Ensure successful achievement of all monthly sales & CSI objectives for the dealership
- Ensure successful achievement of Autoguard Tier 3 each month
- Ensure MOC reputation achievement each month, per the Hendrick guidelines
- Train and supervise sales team, ensures compliance with manufacturer training requirements
- Develop promotions to motivate sales team
- Set schedules for sales team
- Oversee department inventory
- Interact with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Responsible for sale price & trade-in vehicle appraisal decisions
- Ensure proper reporting of sales to manufacturer(s)
- Attend required manager meetings
- Maintain effective employee relations
- Maintain an organized, clean and safe work area
- Participate in required training
- Follow Safeguards rules and regulations
- Demonstrate the Company’s Core Values
- Comply with Company policies and procedures
- Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties
