Foreman

Henkels & McCoy, Inc. is seeking a Foreman to join their team working on various customer sites in the Northern Virginia area. The Foreman will be responsible for managing a crew, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity, and mentoring technicians and installers.

Requirements

• 6+ years directly related experience, including managing crews of 10+ installers/technicians
• Advanced technical knowledge in the structured cabling industry
• Broad problem-solving skills
• Ability to work varying shifts
• Ability to work in Microsoft Excel & Outlook applications
• Ability to utilize company specific applications
