Project Manager I

Henkels & McCoy, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of power utility construction projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered)
• 2+ years of experience in construction project coordination, preferably in utility infrastructure
• Familiarity with utility standards, NESC/NESC codes, and safety protocols (OSHA, DOT, etc.)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management software (e.g., Primavera, Procore, or similar) a plus
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
