Job Description
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and oversee the successful execution of complex construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction principles and techniques, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
- Five+ years electrical project management experience or relevant experience and/or training
- Strong understanding of construction cost, scheduling, estimating and engineering principles and techniques
- Proficiency in electrical estimating and project management tools and software packages
- Knowledge of integrated job cost systems, budgeting, report evaluations, and final costing
- Ability to rapidly adapt and respond to changing environments and priorities
- Demonstrated leadership in managing people and teams
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem solving, and analytical skills
