The Henrico Education Foundation is seeking a Part-Time Center Director to manage the Learning and Discovery Afterschool Program, ensuring a positive, safe, and enriching environment for students.

Requirements

• Manage the operations of the Learning and Discovery Afterschool Program
• Plan Program lessons and activities and coordinate supplies
• Ensure attendance is regularly maintained in Eleyo
• Administer medication to students, as necessary
• Conduct monthly fire drills; shelter-in-place twice a year
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents, vendors, volunteers, staff, and community
• Responds to all inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
• Manage staff, including training, performance management, coaching, and task management
