Tax Advisory Manager provides strategic leadership in specialized tax planning and advisory initiatives, with a focus on complex M&A and private equity transactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
- CPA license or JD
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in corporate or partnership tax advisory roles in M&A and private equity environments
- Strong knowledge of federal tax laws, entity structuring, and compliance in M&A and private equity transactions
- Ability to analyze and make recommendations regarding transactional documents
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to present technical issues clearly to non-tax professionals
- Proven ability to lead and mentor staff and foster a collaborative environment
- Strong analytical, research and modeling skills
- Skilled in tax research software and Microsoft products
