Job Description
The Behavioral Health Resident Assistant will provide direct care to individuals with mental illness, substance use, and/or developmental disabilities, supporting the social services team in fulfilling the program's core mission.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a social service agency or working with vulnerable populations
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in stressful and challenging situations
- First Aid, CPR, Food Handlers License, and F-80 certifications within 3 months
- PPD clearance within 3 months
- Computer literacy, experience using DHS data system preferred
- English/Spanish language proficiency preferred
