Job Description
Interfaith is seeking a Resident Behavioral Health Aide to provide basic mental healthcare to patients discharged from various medical settings. This on-site role involves assisting with patient stability, adhering to treatment plans, and ensuring safety and well-being within a community setting. The team emphasizes compassion, integrity, and hope for a better future for individuals in crisis.
Requirements
- High school Diploma or GED
- Knowledge of alcohol and other drug recovery field preferred
- 1+ year experience working with severely mentally ill, medically fragile, and homeless populations
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
