Job Description
The Clean Energy Careers Connect Success Coordinator plays a key role in supporting participant success after program enrollment, job placement and job retention, providing ongoing career coaching, retention support, and advancement guidance to help participants maintain employment and grow within the clean energy sector.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in social work, Human Services, or a related field
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in case management, workforce development, career counseling, or employment services
- Experience working with public systems such as public assistance, housing, education, or child welfare
