Compliance & Risk Manager (m/f/d)

Compliance & Risk Manager position at Heraeus, a global technology group, responsible for designing and implementing compliance and risk management framework, ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field
• More than 5 years of relevant experience in compliance, risk management function, or business management with respective responsibility
• Experience in an operating company environment, within an industrial and multinational setting
• Ability to interpret legal and regulatory requirements and translate them into practical business solutions
• High level of integrity, independence, and ethical judgment
• Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to challenge constructively
