The ideal candidate will have completed studies in economics, business administration, or a comparable field, with first experience in Global Mobility and Compensation. They will be responsible for operational care of international assignments, advisory services, and analytical job evaluations.
Requirements

- First experience in Global Mobility and Compensation
- Strong analytical skills and ability to handle numbers and evaluations
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
