As Regional Service Manager, you will be responsible for your service team and will support your customers in a clearly defined region with technical expertise, organizational talent, and a well-developed sense of customer needs.
Requirements
- Completed technical education (e.g. master, technician) or study (mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, etc.)
- Several years of experience in technical service in the field of machine and plant construction
- Leadership experience in the service sector is desirable
- Strong customer orientation, creativity, and high communication skills
- Initiative, customer orientation, team spirit, and organizational talent
- Familiarity with MS Office and ERP systems, ideally SAP
- Partial travel readiness and English knowledge
