The Service Product Manager is responsible for building, developing, and marketing a profitable service product portfolio for the installed machine base.
Requirements
- Completed technical or business-oriented studies (e.g., business administration, industrial engineering, electrical engineering, automation technology, mechanical engineering, service management) or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the machine and plant construction industry, preferably in product or service management, deployment planning, or sales
- Secure understanding of service processes and technical affinity
- Experience in creating offers, pricing, and calculation
- Sales-oriented thinking and well-developed customer and service orientation
- Communication and negotiation security as well as a self-reliant and responsible work style
- Organizational talent and assertiveness
- Secure handling of ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
