The International Student Recruitment (Senior Administrative Executive) role is responsible for engaging and supporting prospective international students and their parents, schools and partner education agents in overseas recruitment activities. The role holder will also contribute to international student recruitment strategies, provide counselling to prospective students, and manage leads and applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Communication, Psychology, Business, Marketing or relevant professional qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years working experience in sales or recruitment in Education industry
- People oriented with strong interpersonal skills - interested in networking and relationship building
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive with integrity and creative at work
- Strong work ethics and highly self-motivated with a focus on achieving results
- Experience in international student recruitment
- Knowledge of schools and education agent engagement
- Good in CRM and a suite of Microsoft Office applications
- Team player and work well with people from diverse background
