Caregiver | CNA | PCW | Resident Assistant | Med Passer

Heritage Court Senior Living is seeking caring and compassionate Caregivers, CNAs, PCWs, and Resident Assistants to provide quality care to residents in a senior living community that promotes their rights, dignity, and individuality.

Requirements

• Read and understand individualized service plans (ISPs) for each resident
• Attend to residents' individual needs, including assistance with grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, eating, incontinence care, toileting, colostomy care, prosthetic appliances, transferring, ambulating, range of motion, communicating or other care needs
• Promptly answer and courteously respond to residents' pages and alarms
• Perform various tasks as assigned, including providing resident care, administering medications, checking vital signs, collecting specimens, laundry, cleaning, dining room set up in a timely manner
