We are seeking caring and compassionate Caregivers, CNAs, PCWs, and Resident Assistants to provide quality care to residents in an environment that promotes their rights, dignity, freedom of choice, and individuality.
Requirements
- Ability to read and understand individualized service plans (ISPs) for each resident
- Ability to attend to residents' individual needs, including assistance with grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, eating, incontinence care, toileting, colostomy care, prosthetic appliances, transferring, ambulating, range of motion, communicating or other care needs as identified by residents' ISP
- Ability to perform various tasks as assigned, including providing resident care, administering medications (if med passer and delegated by RN), checking vital signs, collecting specimens, laundry, cleaning, dining room set up in a timely manner, etc.
