Job Description
Heritage Middleton is seeking caring and compassionate Caregivers, CNAs, PCWs, and Resident Assistants to provide quality care to residents in a senior living community that promotes their rights, dignity, and individuality.
Requirements
- Read and understand individualized service plans (ISPs) for each resident and provide support to the residents per their service plan
- Attend to residents' individual needs, including assistance with grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, eating, incontinence care, toileting, colostomy care, prosthetic appliances, transferring, ambulating, range of motion, communicating or other care needs as identified by residents' ISP
- Promptly answer and courteously respond to residents' pages and alarms
