CBRF | Caregiver | CNA | PCW | Resident Assistant | Med Passers

Heritage West Allis is seeking Caregivers, CNAs, PCWs, and Resident Assistants to provide quality care to residents in an environment that promotes their rights, dignity, and freedom of choice. The ideal candidates assist in providing quality care to residents in an environment that promotes their rights, dignity, freedom, and choice of individuality.

Requirements

• Read and understand individualized service plans (ISPs) for each resident and provide support to the residents per their service plan
• Attend to residents' individual needs, including assistance with grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, eating, incontinence care, toileting, colostomy care, prosthetic appliances, transferring, ambulating, range of motion, communicating or other care needs as identified by residents' ISP
• Promptly answer and courteously respond to residents' pages and alarms
• Perform various tasks as assigned, including providing resident care, administering medications (if med passer and delegated by RN), checking vital signs, collecting specimens, laundry, cleaning, dining room set up in a timely manner, etc.
