Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician needed for full-time position at MSP Real Estate Inc. in Chippewa Falls, WI. Ideal candidate will have 1+ year experience in maintenance and basic mechanical skills. Must be able to lift 50lbs, climb ladders and stairs, and possess a valid driver's license.

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in maintenance; housing background preferred
• Basic mechanical skills to include light electrical and plumbing
• Ability to critically think and problem solve
• Must be able to push, pull and lift 50lbs; climb ladders and stairs
• Must possess a valid driver's license
