We are seeking a Production Coordinator to run the production office, reporting to the Line Producer and Production Manager. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, high self-awareness, and the ability to prioritize effectively and respond quickly.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Media, Communication, Management or related field, or at least 4 years' relevant experience
- At least 2 years' experience in a production office (TV or advertising) or in general office management
- Strong understanding of the filmmaking process
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficiency with multi-tasking
- Ability to work calmly under pressure
- Be hard working and efficient
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Strong IT skills
- Knowledge of how to control finances
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws and processes
