Job Description
hermeneutic Investments is a best-in-class proprietary trading firm and hedge fund seeking a Finance Manager to manage the firm's financial operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support financial planning.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of progressive experience as a Finance Manager within buy-side firms, with exposure to crypto financial services considered a strong plus.
- Solid understanding of financial markets, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to solve problems effectively.
- Proficient in financial modeling and analysis, with advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial software; proficiency in Python or equivalent programming competency is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; CPA designation is a plus.
