The Finance Manager plays a key role in managing the firm's financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and supporting financial planning.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of progressive experience as a Finance Manager within buy-side firms, with exposure to crypto financial services considered a strong plus.
• Solid understanding of financial markets, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to solve problems effectively.
• Proficient in financial modeling and analysis, with advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial software; proficiency in Python or equivalent programming competency is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; CPA designation is a plus.
