Job Description
We are seeking a Finance Manager to coordinate and execute corporate finance assignments, direct investments, and manage mergers and acquisitions for our Hong Kong-based investment holding company.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in accounting or finance
- HKICPA or equivalent qualification (advantage)
- Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate finance or related fields
- Experience with HK listed companies or BIG 4 auditing
- Strong business acumen
- Knowledge of Listing Rules and regulatory requirements
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good command of English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
