The Retail Planning team works closely with various departments to optimize product offerings within the store network, with the goal of providing a consistent and unique product offer to each store, while optimizing sales revenue and stock coverage.
Requirements
- Analysis/Operations: Weekly and monthly follow-up of KPIs by product category, collection, and store
- Collaboration with product merchandisers: Setting up restocking, performance to date, and action plans
- Delivery rates of collections: Relationship with logistics and product teams
- Participation in continuous improvement of reports and processes
- Creation of ad-hoc analyses on various subjects
- Buyout campaigns for collections: Construction and management of open-to-buy budgets for stores for show-room purchases
- Daily follow-up of purchases (budget respect, top purchases)
- Creation of a summary document at the end of the buyout campaign
