Requirements

• Degree from a fashion school
• Passionate about men's fashion
• Solid experience in a creation studio, in the world of shoes
• Solid skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign...)
• Mastery of Italian language (plus)
• Knowledge of shoemaking techniques
• Good relational skills, enthusiasm, and curiosity
• Team spirit and sharing to fit into a studio dynamic, as well as sensitivity to the values of the Hermès house
• Reliability, autonomy, sense of detail, adaptability, and reactivity to respect deadlines
• Good observation, analysis, and synthesis skills, and the ability to propose
