Internal BPO Fabrication métiers (H/F) Manager role responsible for process structuration, deployment, and operational follow-up, as well as transverse animation and change accompaniment. Key responsibilities include defining and harmonizing internal production processes, deploying and following up on key performance indicators, animating métiers communities, and coordinating with upstream/downstream domains.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (5 years) or equivalent (engineering)
• 7-10 years of experience in industry, production, or supply chain
• Good command of field processes
• Project management and continuous improvement skills
• Analysis, synthesis, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Agility and initiative
• Common English language proficiency
