Job Description
The Head of Procurement for Materials and Components will lead a team of 3 colleagues in the Shoe business, a unit of Hermès, responsible for the procurement of materials and components for the company's shoe production. The role requires strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, with a focus on optimizing processes and delivering materials on time to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- Higher education diploma in Engineering or Commerce school with knowledge of Supply Chain
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of professional experience in production/supply in a transformation context
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and global management capabilities
- Leadership and assertiveness
- Agility in integrating the specificities of a Fashion business
- Customer orientation
- Ability to manage priorities and allocate resources
- Ability to work in a pluridisciplinary team
- Result-oriented, rigour, pragmatism
- Autonomy, reactivity, excellent interpersonal relations
- Italian language would be an asset
