Job Description
Hermes Ready-to-Wear Men is seeking profiles with solid technical foundation for garment development and manufacturing. Strong experience in industrialization of leather or ready-to-wear items is required, alongside proficiency in patternmaking, understanding English, and mastery of computer tools. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between the internal teams and external manufacturers, ensuring product documentation, validation, and production process control.
Requirements
- Solid technical foundations regarding development and manufacturing of clothing (cutting, sewing).
- Proven experience in industrialization and / or the manufacture of ready-to-wear, ideally of Leather.
- Ability to work directly with patternmakers.
- Mastery of computer tools (PLM, ERP, Excel ..).
- Mastery of English, Italian.
- Good ability to synthesize, formalize.
