Job Description
We are looking for a CDI to fill a position as soon as possible in Pantin, France. The successful candidate will be responsible for the performance, quality, and satisfaction of the ServiceDesk, and will work to transform it into a global and multilingual Group excellence center.
Requirements
- DiplĂ´me de Bac+5 en informatique
- 7 ans d'expérience dans le pilotage de centres de services IT internationaux
- Expertise des méthodologies de support (ITIL, KCS)
- Leadership de transformation et capacité à manager et animer des équipes à forte technicité
