Job Description
Hermeus is a high-speed aircraft manufacturer focused on rapid design, build, and test of aircraft for national defense. They are seeking a Tooling Engineer to design, develop, and validate tooling, fixtures, and equipment for prototyping and integration of structural assemblies. This role emphasizes creativity, rapid iteration, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements
- Strong engineering first principles
- Hands-on experience with physical hardware
- Comfort with CAD, test equipment, and hand tools
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and GD&T fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
