Job Description
Hermeus is a venture capital-backed aerospace and defense technology company focused on building high-speed products for the U.S. Department of Defense. They are seeking a Build Engineer to design, manufacture, and test flight hardware, working collaboratively with design and production teams. The role involves everything from initial design to full-stack build processes and flight readiness. The position offers entry-level to senior roles.
Requirements
- Strong engineering first principles
- Hands-on experience with physical hardware
- Proven ability to design, build, break, and iterate quickly
- Comfort with CAD, test equipment, hand tools
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and GD&T fundamentals
- Must be available to work extended hours and/or weekends
