Job Description
Hermeus is seeking a highly motivated Structures Integration Technician to contribute hands-on in the assembly, integration, and testing of flight and ground hardware. This role requires a collaborative team member comfortable working across multiple disciplines and environments. The position offers a fast-paced, low-oversight opportunity to support complex systems from concept to reality.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in aerospace, startup, or fast-paced prototyping/manufacturing environments
- Experience in both flight hardware assembly and production support, including system-level troubleshooting.
- Ability to work across a wide range of technical areas including fluids, inventory support, structural assembly, and manufacturing.
- Strong proficiency with engineering drawings, schematics, GD&T, and hands-on fabrication.
