The Territory Manager- Customer Experience will ensure maximum customer connect to enhance customer experience, facilitate value-added services, and provide product support in the field.
Requirements
- Drive revenue growth and maximise profitability in Dealer Service
- Increase Happiness Index and reduce customer complaints
- Ensure timely submission of Warranty and FSC claims
- Reduce non-claiming channel partners and warranty rejection
