Job Description
Territory Manager- Customer Care is responsible for guiding Service Mechanics, increasing dealer profitability, projecting service activities, and providing feedback on competition new service schemes.
Requirements
- Guide Service Mechanics in technical problem solving and de-bottlenecking at dealerships
- Increase dealer profitability through service schemes
- Project service activities and provide feedback on competition new service schemes
- Provide single window between area office and other company departments on service matters
- Interface with marketing service cell and manufacturing cell for speedy resolution of service issues
- Audit new dealership for approval
- Conduct service audits periodically
- Product training of dealer, workshop manager, and service mechanics
