Team Lead Product Design (w/m/d)

Requirements

• Experience as a product designer in digital products, ideally in B2B or SaaS
• Experience in leading more than 3 designers and UX researchers simultaneously
• Experience with design ops, design systems, scalable processes, tools, and collaboration
• Experience in the use of AI and automation
• Fluency in German and English (C1 level)
• Clarity in presentation and argumentation
