Job Description
As Team Lead Product Design, you will lead an interdisciplinary team and shape the future of a B2B SaaS product. You will raise UX and UI quality and ensure that we exploit the opportunities of AI and automation.
Requirements
- Several years of experience as a Product Designer in digital products
- Experience leading more than 3 designers and UX researchers at the same time
- Experience with Design Ops, design systems, scalable processes, tools, and collaboration
