Engineering Program Manager

Requirements

• 5+ years leading complex, multidisciplinary engineering programs
• Strong technical foundation in power electronics systems
• Experience driving programs from concept through validation and manufacturing launch
• Strong grasp of DFM principles
• Proven ability to distill complex technical programs into clear risks, decisions, and priorities
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across engineering, operations, and leadership teams
