Requirements
- 4+ years of progressive HR experience in recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, and talent management (including performance management and training and development)
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
- Experience successfully managing small to mid-size projects, including directing project team members
- Experience implementing and/or managing human resources information systems (HRIS)/human capital management (HCM) systems and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
