We are looking for a People Partner to provide proactive, strategic partnership to their assigned client group, in alignment with the function’s lead People Business Partner. The role involves owning the resolution of complex employee relations and leading the design and implementation of global people programs.
Requirements
- Experience in a People team, specifically in an Employee Relations or People Partner capacity, supporting a global organization.
- Proactive & Solution-Oriented: You don’t just propose solutions; you own the end-to-end execution of complex projects.
- Commercial Mindset: You speak the language of the business and ensure people strategies accelerate business performance.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to coach and influence leaders through complex organizational changes

- Complex Problem Solving: Demonstrated discretion and expert judgment while navigating high-risk, sensitive, and confidential organizational challenges.
