Job Description
The Food & Beverage Systems Manager is responsible for the governance, maintenance, and training activities of the Food & Beverage Division point of sale (POS), mobile ordering platform, and inventory systems.
Requirements
- College degree in Food & Beverage or Hospitality Management, or in Culinary preferred.
- Practical experience would be considered in lieu of educational degrees.
- Minimum 5 years progressive Food & Beverage Leadership experience with roles in food & beverage systems management, analytics, inventory control, procurement preferred.
- Experience with Micros SIMPHONY and CrunchTime required.
- Strong technical proficiency in POS, inventory and restaurant management software required.
- Demonstrated understanding of inventory control, analytics, purchasing, vendor management, and food safety standards required.
